Job Summary:

* Supporting Point of Sales Manager Yogyakarta in operational area:
o Processing of policies order endorsement & other non claim administration of all incoming business (direct client, agents, institution)
o Quotation request of all incoming business (direct client, agents)
o Ensure that all U/W supporting documents are completed and processed within the SOP & Company guidelines
o Review all incoming business & acceptance process in cooperating with POS Manager and Underwriting Semarang Branch.
o Finance Reporting in cooperating with POS Manager and Finance Semarang Branch

· Supporting Point of Sales Manager Yogyakarta in Sales area:

o Ensure that the policies orders are issued in a timely basis in order to support sales side.
o Follow Up processing of all quotation issued in cooperating with POS Manager & Business Development Officer (in order to support sales side).
o Ensure that the renewal processes are running well in order to support Semarang target setting



Job Requirements:

§ Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree
§ Single, female, and preferred age 23-35 years old
§ Experiences 2-5 years (Insurances / Administration background)
§ Excellent knowledge in insurance, holding an AAAIK degree is advantage (or min 1 subject of AAMAI)
§ Effective communication skill
§ Good command of English, both spoken and written, report writing
§ Computer literate (Microsoft Office must)
§ Good relation and interpersonal skill
